Anyone know the total height of the statue when he is NOT in flight mode?

The way I have it is lower pose. Different legs and you turn the base on side for flying pose

Very cool, yeah after I saw your pic I went to the Xm site, and sure enough that was one of the poses. Very cool they allowed that configuration.

How long ago did they start releasing these? Doesn't seem like too many people have them at the moment.

First pics popped up a few weeks ago I think but yeah, release is being slower than usual on this one, my contact told me the same thing. I guess QC is stricter to make sure the finish is spot on

Well they did delay this for a good while, but better to perfect the project rather then rush it out to meet deadlines.

I was going to wait for xm's classic IM but I think once more of these start popping up I will try my hand a hunting one down.

I recommend you fine folks get this bad ass piece! The paint apps are comparable to car paint! Definitely stands out with the shiny paint and detail! Having a light up option would have set this piece apart from all other IM statues!

Well ...I'm hoping their Classic Ironman will have the same paint apps. I chose that one instead of this one. Not to say I didn't like this one ...I just preferred the Classic version.

And if this piece is any indication, then signs are good ....

Just saw one earlier go for 1750$ on Ebay...I hope that trend does NOT continue otherwise I may have to pass on tracking one of these down.

Thanks! That's what I'm going for with my 1:4 statues (I mostly collect 1:6 scale). Give it a museum feel. I still want to add some improvements around the statues displayed on pedestals (i.e. paint wall, add lighting, accent pieces).

Wow! That's crazy...it might be initial hype. I'm sure it'll settle from $1k - $1,300, but you never know.

1k-1300$ would be more reasonable comparing it to the other XM pieces. We'll see what happens once more get released.

I know what you are saying about lights. But I would hardly ever turn mine on.

One thing that really impressed me is the arc reactor on this. The detail is insane. Like two layers that you can see. Its great

lights who needs them does anyone really use them.
I think most of us unbox a statue test the lights and say ohhhh that's pretty then that's it never used again lol
