XM Studios 1/4 Classic Wolverine

I really hope XM get's the green light to continue with the X-Men line. So far Mags and this Wolverine look just amazing and will only be worth that much more if XM isn't able to continue with these pieces. Very sad news for such an amazing start to this line...i'm just glad to have the opportunity to snag them up.

Agreed, it seems they really want to do right by us. I have no issues supporting this company. A bummer to hear about the licensing though :\

Tis a shame indeed but Marvel/Disney seems to be going in a different direction. Always have the original SS Logan with Cigar though. SSs very first PF. Lot of people weren't overly fond of this piece. I own it and can tell you it's pretty amazing in person. Defintely depicts Logan in his early comic days. Price is pretty reasonable too

An Omega Red would be amazing. Take it back to Jim Lee rendition would be nostalgic. Hopefully the wait for the okay to continue with this line won't be long..

One of the best wolverines ever made. Arguably the best. I'll let you guys know when mine shows up. Also sold out. Perspective for XM prices... This custom sold out at 995 before shipping with two portraits. XM has three and three different posable left hands. XMs Wolverine doesn't seem as expensive anymore right?

I don't mind not having a cigar. The sosa head is great, but mine will be displayed with the mask most of the time.

Yeah, I'm there with you on that James. I picked up the occasional X-PF (Mystique and Deadpool) from time to time, but I passed on just about all the major X-Men characters SSC released. I'm still looking to add a classic 1/4 Nightcrawler, Cyclops, Phoenix, Storm, and Colossus to my collection. I can't wait to see what XM has planned for us. Now I'm just hoping Misney doesn't mess everything up for XM or us.

Deadpool is going to be damn near impossible for anyone to beat. Best statue of 2013 imo. Mystique was a winner as well. Got that blue babe in my collection too. I really like Gambit the best out of all of them. Not sure if SSs can be topped either. Storm was meh. Like Psylocke but I have a minty one. No doubt that many of the Xmen can be improved upon. It will be interesting to see how this Xmen line with xm plays out. Hopefully were not waiting too long.

The positive that I take from this debacle is at the very least we will see many other marvel characters that haven't been done yet. The idea of having a doc strange and loki potentially is exciting all in its own merit. A chrome ultron would be boss as well. She hulk is going to be another one I'll be watching out for . Got to look at the positive side. There are still some great characters in the works

That being said i am absolutely floored by the xm series so far two of two released are looking at being grails

And to be fair when Phoenix is finally announced it's going to be a grail too

Without a doubt, it'll be very interesting to see what other statues XM comes up with. They have a lot of other characters to work with. I was speaking more from a personal standpoint. I have limited display room and a short list of characters I want in 1/4 scale. Since I'm a HUGE classic X-Men fan, I was really looking forward to seeing what XM had up their sleeves as far as the X-characters are concerned. Phoenix was another MUST have character for me and the XM piece looked damn good. Regardless of what happens with Misney...I'm sure we'll all enjoy looking at the 1/4 fully sculpted greatness XM has to offer.
