We still have no concrete proof of those allegations. However, if it's true then they would be best qualified to come up with measures on how to stop recasting. Like I said before, they are a legit business with a legit Marvel license now. I can't see Marvel signing up with a company that sold unlicensed merch of their trademarked characters. But, what do I know? All I can say is that they are doing everything right now and are also releasing some good looking merch. My only issue with XM is the cost of scoring a piece from them. However, that's what international buyers have to deal with.

I'm not criticizing. The allegations seemed very convincing. I just find it humorous. Reminds me how some cybercriminals harden the hosts they infect once they get a foothold with a backdoor in order to prevent others from accessing that device. Anyhow, it seems all legit now. Antman... that is where it's at. Never thought I'd see the day a proper comic 1/4 Antman would get made.
