I got allocated on Sideshow Mythos pieces (Gamorrean and Obi), so sadly it's something that sometimes happens when dealing with retailers and third parts.
I have friends who got allocated on pieces MUCH more easier to find than Magneto, usually due to simple screwups in the communication between manifacturer and distibutor, duh.

When you say allocated, does that mean you pay for it then get your money back after? Guess we just got spoiled by the SS distributor here because that just doesn't happen with them. Im still new to this hobby.

On another note, I think we need to have more Xmen to frame this stat soon. It's awesome on its own but when I put it on display it seems to lose its presence. Could just imagine this with Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver at the back.

Need to get Mags off the floor, put him up higher and he'll have more of a presence.

There are also some MASSIVE pieces there. He is a true 1/4 statue, and the hand is awesome, but he isn't gong to necessarily win an "mine is bigger than yours" contests when you put him up agains Superman, Batman, Spiderman, or Gladiator Hulk.... All of which are MASSIVE and the first 3 of which are bigger than 1/4

Yeah. I'm working on a new display of 10 Bestas and should set aside an eye level row for Xmen pieces. I kinda reserved the middle row of this for my Spidey pieces and the DC Trinity looks good from the top. Magneto just looks too good to keep in the box right now. I'm thinking of framing him with my SS Cyclops and the XM Wolverine possibly. Would work better still with Xavier on his chair opposite him. Having a hard time sectioning my Xmen display. Too many of them seem to work best paired with Cyclops. Emma, Jean Grey, Phoenix, Psylocke - AKA Scott's Angels.

Since XM can directly sell to people in the Philippines I'm surprised you just didn't order directly from XM to begin with....

Not having to pay ridiculous shipping cost and custom fees are top reasons why we choose to order from the official distributors instead of going direct, particularly for larger packages.

The reason why nowadays you don't often hear sightings of alligators in the sewers of NY is because they have all moved in here and are currently employed by our customs office

As of a couple days ago 80% of Magnetos have been shipped out.

Anyone know how long it normally takes these things to get to there destination once in the u.s.? mine Got posted it was in the U.S. late 24th but then haven't seen any other postings on it. normally take a few days at customs or something?

Mine was FedEx straight from Singapore, originally about 7 working days.... but NE snow storm delayed it another 4-5 days. I had a tracking number and knew exactly where and why it was stuck.

I'm wondering why XM hasn't addressed this issue on one of the boards. They're usually pretty good about giving updates, but it seems they've been silent for awhile now.

IMO XM bit off more than they can chew. First the delay with POs and now a delay on statues shipping. This is not a slight against them. Just for a small company, they have a lot of things in motion.
