I think what they are trying to say is that the seller has never sold or bought anything on eBay and it is a BS listing. Don't ever buy or sell to someone with zero feedback. I'd it's too good to be true, it is.

I see he used different names and listed 5 more. I think I might buy one to see what I will get since PayPal covers me if I don't get anything. imagine if I get one for 160.00 would t they even lose money? How would they get it for so low To make a profit? it has to be one of these:
A box of rocks to scam the fake tracking
Never ship anything out and keep the money
A fake factory recast with QC so bad it's like a big 1.00 store action figure
A real statue stolen at XM which they must unload before they get caught. If this is the case why ask 160.00 when they can still get half? Doubt this will be anything real from XM.
Update: ok I just bid and won one of them. I also noticed the seller had a pic of the same box for Peter in completed auctions by 2 buyers. Also now he puts down usa seller but located in China in the auctions. I also asked for a in person pick up to buy more to see how the seller will respond. I said if you're in the usa why does the auctions say China? I emailed the seller to see when my statue will ship. Here's what I got. Hey if the person selling these are looking at this please tell us how you get them for so cheap? I can't wait to get my box to see if this is for real.

but now he's saying he's located in the usa for his other 4 ms marvel auctions, he even added in a coin too with the new auctions.
I will take pics of it. But now I'm kind of worried not because I think it's rocks but could be something harmful when I open the box like terrorism related. I will post pics, even though I'm scared it could be a bomb. If this is real I wonder if it's a knock off of some kind? Will need to inspect the QC but saying if I even get anything at all. I still say it's going to be a box of rocks or something for a fake tracking. If I get this I will contact XM to see what it really is. This can't be for a real XM statue.

Im thinking you're most likely right. Oh well too late now. I already paid him. He even told me to wait for the suprise. I will update the forum to see what happens unless we get more people who don't want to know. Then I will not update. I think he's trying to kill the 30 days coverage time. But is t it 6 months now for PayPal protection? I will ask him again how long is shipping to get here. Maybe he's trying to take 7 months to ship it here making excuses about how it will get lost and back and forth. Once he has a fake tracking I won't be able to cancel until it arrives before starting a claim for a box of most likely rocks. Here's his latest reply below:
