but wolverine mags and omg QuickSilver just look at them i dont think i can pass QuickSilver and my money its all gone if i am not carefull xD

yea, Wolverine was a must have for me. I need a Wolverine in my collections and I'm not a fan of the SSC PF. The XM one was too good to pass up. Same with Cable...just a great rendition of him and he's never been done in 1/4 scale so i'm psyched to get him!!!

Yeah I think so. I think it's also the rush that I got when I acquired Phoenix. Like Kier isn't going anywhere so maybe that's why? Also amped for the Balrog from WETA to be honest, it should be coming soon.More than Kier?

Oh yea, I totally agree. I'm not waiting around on any other pieces that are must haves. I was a tad on the fence with Phoenix...asked about her about 2 weeks before PO and the waitlists were all full so I had to take my chances with PO day. I was trying to convince myself that I didn't really need her but the pics were so amazing and she's just so integral to the Xmen lineup for me. Pretty much why I'm getting Wolverine and Cable....I NEED A BIGGER HOUSE!!!

That happened to me with Wolverine. I was pretty adamant in playing the wait and see approach with XM. But I caved the day of his PO. Next thing I know, I have Phoenix on PO as well.

Jedi, have you considered dropping some of your Hot Toy preorders? I can see Robocop and Optimus still being available later on at a cheaper price via Spook, etc. That's like Cable right there. Marty and the Delorean I'd keep at all costs though.

The delorean with marty was mighty tempting but I made a vow to not buy hot toys ever again so i gotta stick to my guns!

Yeah, I think I'm slowly transitioning out of Hot Toys. It's such a slippery slope though. You think you're going to pick up just one, and then the next thing you know you are trying to complete the entire line. If you are a MCU or Star Wars fan, you are pretty much screwed for the foreseeable future. .
Except if you are an X-men movie fan. That said, if they ever release a DOFP Fassneto, then they'll get me hook, line, and sinker again.

The RoboCop is the PCS 1/4 (I'll be getting the HT one but thought I'd wait).
The Marty and OP are the exclusives too. The Delorean I won't be getting charged for and I'd lose my NRD.

I tried HT but couldn't get into it. It was hard to display HT and statues together. The styles are so different they really clash
Yea, I tried hot toys at one point early one with Mark VI and War Machine. They were really nice but I hated those dumb crotch stands so I posed them decently without the stands for my display. My mother in law accidentally bumped into the detolf and knocked them over and that was it for me
Plus, the the maquettes were just so much larger with way more presence...I just couldn't live with a smaller dinkier version anymore Sold both ASAP, picked up both maquettes at the same time and I haven't looked back
