Looks like the base of a cheap merry go-round at a tacky theme park.... All he really needs is a rocky base with the skulls... sometimes simple is more.

i would go with Death's hand holding a bunch of skulls (no rock)
underside of the hand would be flat for balance
skulls situated in a way so that Thanos could stand on them

simple but powerful

There are plenty of pics of the finished sculpt and paint. The only thing missing is the base.

Yes, they have shipped a Captain America and Hulk. Both have been received very well.
