I'd kill for a 1/4 scale resin Goku and Vegetta. I have the medicos Goku and its awesome but the scale is only 1/6. Master Stars makes some solid stuff too but still not in scale with what I want. For the price though you can't go wrong

Any idea in when we may get a chance too see the Thanos concept art?

VKH makes killer 1/6 resin dioramas... check em out. I've got a few, along with Medicos and other 1/6th scale.

Okay so there are quite a few company's in XM 's region that will be selling the statues but many of them will not ship to the U.S. I found out Speculative Fiction will for anyone interested in obtaining XM products. Im very close to pulling the trigger on the Cap., just because I am on the waitlist for SSC's and there only a 500 es for XM's Cap.

Yeah, no worries, I asked a few shops in the Asia neck of the woods. Another company, SimplyToys wrote me back and informed me (when asked if they ship to the US):

We certainly do. The museum-posed ones like Captain America, Iron Man and Black Widow are estimated to cost around $240 SGD to ship to the USA via FedEx International Economy. Captain America should be arriving in stock this week so we'll be able to get an accurate quote on that soon.

Hulk is very much larger and is about $500 SGD. That's using actual weight at the post office. It's more expensive to use the volumetric weight which is triple the actual weight of the product.

SGD to USD is around $1:80 cents.....so Cap, IM and BW approx. $192.12 on top of price for item, whereas the Hulk will cost an extra $400.26 USD. The cost's of getting these XM Studio statues can get steep, and should be something to consider when thinking about getting one to anyone interested. Also same thing goes for the statues themselves, they say approx $700 but that's in SGD money so there's a little more break in cost's there as well for the foreign customer.

If Magneto turns out, he could be worth it. Thanos...maybe. Other than that, I'd be interested only in Spider-Man (I understand that they do not yet have the license) and Daredevil from them.

It's kinda strange the XM Hulk goes for roughly the same amount as the XM Cap however the s&h doubles due to the side of the package. If Mag's sells for same cost as Hulk and includes same Hulk s&h cost's than your looking at roughly $1215 SGD which equates to a total cost of $971.92 USD's.

I totally agree with you but keep in mind XM only putting out roughly 500 es on their statues (from what i've seen) where SSC putting out thousand(s) so the cost bump is justified imo. Either way I am glad to see more statues on the market...gives us collector's more options which personally makes me happy. I feel to buy a XM statue you have to really be a serious collector and like the piece to shell out those costs. XM put's out lots of extra's with their statues, which is also nice, there are no exclusives however the es is lower than most SSC exclusive sizes so there some tough decisions to be made..

Personally i'll probably buy statues from XM that are character's I really like that SSC has not made or have not created a statue that I consider better than the XM piece

If I spent close to a Grand for the Mag's piece with an es of 500....there's no way i'm considering a flip on the piece. With these es's imo there going to go up over time guaranteed and you might find it very hard to get a hold of one later on, especially with all the problems most of us have experienced at one time or another with s&h of these types of statues...If I buy a XM statue it's going to be in my collection for a very long time.

I personally find it VERY hard to justify paying more for shipping than the item, strictly speaking retail prices. The piece is worth or being valued at whatever price, but then $300 bucks shipping, while i know isn't more than the item, is certainly a lot to consider…I don't mind paying $950 if the piece is right, but paying that amount because of shipping does sorta bug me..plus you know SS can turn around and pump out for all we know a great looking magneto within 6 months…and for the price I can get 2 decent sized PF's…dilemmas dilemmas and I like how their mags looks so far, not entirely in love yet though, not enough for $300 shipping..definitely gotta c some in-hand pics first!

Quick question with Cold cast porcelain is it possible to make the statue in pieces like polystone.

If so maybe XM could make Mags in 3 pieces. Base, throne, and Magneto himself that way it could ship alot cheaper.

I have MadxCollectors custom Magneto but this certainly looks the business with the throne. Singapore is right next to Perth (relatively speaking) so maybe shipping wont be that bad for us for once.
