I tried watching my little pony and it seemed exactly like a regular girl's show, with girl themes, and girly characters, I really could not see the appeal to men, I am not judging or saying it is wrong, I tried to see with an open mind, and I just couldn't get it, I could not understand, I could not see the why. Maybe the show is so innocent that is the appeal? that innocence? or playfulness?

I even love my share of cartoons, love invader Zim, ren and Stimpy, but not to an obsessive amount, thats the part I dont get, I get liking a show, but I never got why the obsession, thats the part i cant understand

they keep saying is a nerd thing, and that liking the show is nerdy, and that they identify with the show because of that, but I think that is BS,
being nerdy doesn't really have anything to do with liking something like this, I don't know, I really wish they stopped using the word nerdy to identify themselves
