Not from what I've bought in the past it isnt.
Though I know not many of you are planning on buying it, but the bluray/dvd combo of Twilight Eclipse is that way. One side is blu and the other dvd. I don't care for that at all.
Is it common to get a Bluray/DVD combo pack and have only one disc? Granted I haven't opened every single combo pack that I've gotten, but I'm just wondering if that's going to be the norm.
Picked up the new Wolfman Unrated, Burton's Batman, and Angels and Demons during Black friday for $25.
Thats an odd choice. I hope most stay away from that cause it would annoy me as well.

How is that even possible?
2 discs and some superglue I think...
My latest Blu-rays...
Great additions, dude!!! Love Zombieland, Star Trek and Avatar Extended!!!!
Haven't seen the other ones yet
my avatar extended is still in the plastic
I found it to be a major improvement over the already awesome theatre version. I can't imagine why they left some of these new and extended scenes out of the theatrical cut.

I agree, the super extended version of Avatar was excellent.
is wolfman any good?
It's good if you need something to help you fall asleep.
As far as I know, Universal was the only studio making those "flipper" Blu-ray/DVD combo cases. The individual Bourne movies are an example.
Every combo pack I have bought so far are all 2 or 3 discs, so this is the first that I am hearing of a studio other than Universal doing a 1 disc combo. Like you guys, I hope it won't be the norm.
EDIT: I just browsed Blu-ray.com, and apparently Summit Entertainment did the one disc combo with "Letters to Juliet" as well. So it seems to be the norm for that studio now. Hopefully it's just for their chick flicks so none of us will be disappointed (except for the Ween ).
