Jay, did you see that Shield series box set yet? Dude, it is a nice ass looking collection. I'm getting it seeing as I know I'll like it.

I'd doubt some people but with us liking the same exact stuff 95% of the time I know I'll like it. Especially since you like SOA and said that this is better. SOA is hard to top for me but if it is better or even just as good then I got my money's worth.

Once you've seen a season or two so you get where the story is going you'll see why i love it so much plus the ending is perfect and yes i'll say it right now it is better than SOA although that could be unfair as SOA hasn't finished yet.
Anyway let me know what you think when you've watch a season or two.

Will do man. And yeah, I'm putting it on my Chrismas list. If I don't get it as a gift from someone else I'm getting it for myself.
It's only $110.00 for all 7 season=28 discs!! That much show and dvds for that that much money is more than worth it.

Yeah, 28 discs and 7 seasons for $110.00 is friggin' amazing price. The BSG set is only 4 seasons and $200.00 so I'll be getting The Shield first.

But honestly with Supernatural I'm such a fan that I think I'll keep both the seperate seasons I have now and buy the box set and just have them all. Best show ever so why not? Which is why i don't season box-sets anymore. I wait for the Complete Series box-sets instead

Same here i just hope they do a blu-ray boxset? i don't mind buying twice as Supernatural is my fave show ever & the best show ever on tv (don't anyone bother posting it's not cos me and Drew aint arsed)

If you can wait i would say no. You would save some money and also save you the trouble of trading in the season box-sets (if you do that). I buy my series from the US so i can't trade 'em in. That and as soon as a series end's, studios announce a complete series box-set a couple months later. So i finally decided to just wait for the one's i wanted.

Have you watched Sons Of Anarchy? If you liked The Shield I think you would. If you like that you'll like this, that's what I hear.
