bought Casino on Blu-ray Yesterday it looked great. Still had lots of liitle white and black spots flashon the screen for a second, but compared them to my reg dvd version and they are pretty much in the same spot so it is the original film. Other then that it is a great blu-ray.

Watch something like TDK , Avatar or Transformers to see the best quality picture. In terms of the old movies it can drastically improve the picture quality ( taxi driver looked incredible ! ) but it's still going to be an old movie.

Got these in the mail today. I like how the Cowboys and Aliens steelbook is actually Blu-ray sized, and not DVD sized like the stupid Best Buy exclusives I bought for Fast Five and Green Lantern.
Oh, and I guess Universal is in the UV digital copy now too. So that's Warner Bros, Universal and Sony. Grr!!!! Hate UV!!!

OK, I am hating Universal Home entertainment a little bit less now. Along with the new Ultraviolet digital copy, they still let you download another digital copy the old way (through iTunes, Amazon, Microsoft, etc). So kudos to them!
Although I can already see you combo pack haters complaining about this too.
