i just bought the Saw collection box on blu-ray which contains the unrated versions of all movies (except for saw 2), the packaging comes with a nice lenticular 3D cover showing Jigsaw

"Time out" huh...Here in Australia that's called "In Time".
I find it strange how some movie titles are changed from country to country.

It's called In Time here in the United States of Awesomeness as well. It is strange how the title will translate differently at times. Kind of surprised it wasn't in French. When I first started collecting imported sets, I loved it when the title was in another language but now I prefer the titles to all be in American!

I know some Asian countries got it on DVD and i think maybe BD, but there hasn't been any word recently on it and since they were only $8 apiece, figured it wasn't too bad even if it does get released at some point and I pick it up then.

I don't know the specific changes, but I heard that there is added material that wasn't in either the US or international releases and I would think the opening of 2 would be cut out (no need for a recap). One thing that was mentioned was another animated section with O-Ren though.
