Alright, those stickers are getting a little excessive. Why must the companies do that!

I know, huh? They bug the hell out of me. The worst is when I have to leave the price tag on it because it won't come off properly.

I hate stickers on my DVD cases

We have these stickers over here on some movies that actually run over the top of the dvd-case splitting in half when you open it.
These things are almost impossible to remove without leaving some sticky glue residue or in somecases damaging the paper inslide where the movie info is printed on!!

I actually switch dvd-cases now with movies who have that sticker and throw the stickered ones away.

:lecture :lecture :lecture agreed!!!

Universal films used to have them but not anymore, I think... But Warner's films still have those and there seem to be more and more films getting them...

As soon as a movie isn't "new" anymore and moves into a cheaper price range, it seems they get this sticker slapped on

I know what you mean. It either leaves that sticky resedue or the sticky resedue and parts of the sticker that you can't pull off without ripping the cover. Now if the sticker is going to leave that crap I just leave it on.

Picked up King Kong at lunch. Price: Target on sale $20 - $10 gift card I had from something floating around in the wallet - $5 off coupon = a whopping five bucks!
