I might go to Best Buy and get a Guardians steelbook..the store here is a black hole for that stuff
I must be one of the few who just hates 3D. Can't stand it for some reason. I have a 3D TV and 3D blu ray player and a few 3D blu rays and I've never bought the glasses to even try it at home because I don't enjoy it in a theater.

You're missing out then. I find the experiences are totally different. I much prefer 3D on my TV than I do at the cinema. You should really check it out, I think you will be surprised.
One thing I like about the 1966 tv show is that they don't explain origins, everything is just fast and straight to the point and I like it, a lot of movies could benefit from this since they usually spend two hours explaining origin stories.

Same for me - getting the Target version with the Soldier.
Okay, so did I have a stroke and imagine it all? Didn't Target have an exclusive Dawn with an NECA soldier figure? I must be losing it...
Here's what I found - zippo. Neither Target I went to had any figures or any idea about any figures. I ended up buying the steelbook at Best Buy. I also had completely forgotten about the Simpsons season 17 release, and was happy to snag the DVD box of Sideshow Bob's head.
