Correct, his water fall jump isn't the same now in 2D.

His battle with Predator in 3D made me feel like I was there in the mud with them.

Good stuff, i'm raising my score for it. :lol

It is!

Good stuff, especially the NY battle.

Cap's head looks even more dorky in 3D, worth the price of admission just for that. :lol

I've watched Predator 3D again! I can no longer watch that movie in 2D!

Really? I am surprised. I thought the coversion would fall flat considering the age and source material.

I know right, big time pleasant surprise, really brings the jungle to life.

You feel like you're there with them.

As long as you don't expect Dredd 3D quality you will find lots to enjoy with the conversion.

Damn, now I have to find it for a good price. . .

Sounds like I need to find Dredd too :gah:

$18.00 right now for the Predator 3D/2D version (3D bluray / 2D bluray / 480p DVD).

Regarding Dredd, that was actually shot with a 3D camera hence the quality.

Hmmmmm. I will have to keep my eyes out for a deal.

Dredd is only £6 in the UK on Amray so expect it in your next box of goodies ;)
It's Region B locked though but I know that's groovy for you now...except I just thought is your Region B player 3D enabled??

Can't help on 3D Pred though that's dearer here than you can get it.

Predator 3D is really awesome. Now not all of it is 3D -- but everything that you really want to be is.

And so I Jurassic Park, since you mention the age of the movie. It's kind of amazing how two of the oldest films really are two of the most exciting in 3D. I had 3D on my TV for over a year and never used it, figured it was a gimmick. Then for fun I tried Jurassic Park 3D two months ago -- and was truly wowed by how amazing it looked -- and now I'm hooked.

Winter Soldier and Gravity are next on my 3D hit parade. Jye is my dealer.

Only thing I don't dig about Avengers is its aspect ratio.

This is a movie that should have been widescreen... but I guess they saved some major $$ on the budget this way.

It is. I highly recommend it for anyone collecting 3D movies. Still the best I think.... but then you always remember your first.

The best conversion out there is Titanic. I know a lot of people don't like that movie, but the 3D is stunning.

I'm thinking a 1080P 3d projector is my next move. I like the impact of a big screen for movies. It kind of ruins it having the same size screen for everyday tv watching and night time movies. This obviously wouldn't be an issue if I had a dedicated theater, but I don't.
