The best conversion out there is Titanic. I know a lot of people don't like that movie, but the 3D is stunning.

My wife would love it if I bought that movie. Hmmmmm... maybe in 3D I could manage to sit thru it again. But then it would collect dust forever. Like the real Titanic... sunk at the bottom of my blu ray drawer, waiting to be discovered.

Be careful. About a month ago I bought Avatar 3D just because it was "the" movie that really led the new 3D resurgence and I figured it was worth just having in the collection. I watched it and was *blown away* at how amazing the 3D visuals were. Amazing depth, foreground, pop-outs galore. I thought "ah, that's why I simmered on this movie. I haven't been watching it properly."

About a week later I put it in again...and got bored and turned it off after about 40-50 minutes. Haven't revisited it again even knowing how good the 3D is. I bet if you got Titanic that it would suffer the same fate.

I think Avatar is good for a rewatch about every 5-7 years. Not really any more than that though.

Rewatching Titanic is equivalent to having sex with your wife.

Rewatching Predator in 3D is like having sex with two 18 year old cheerleaders.

If they made Raiders into 3D = Lots of cheerleaders!

Something like that. :lol

Goddamn gorgeous :rock

Managed to find me one of them as well as the Film Arena Whiplash tonight :)
