I went with Martell...no real reason why. It's nice packaging though.

If The Hobbit movies were made before LoTR, I bet everyone would love them. The LoTR movies were so perfect.

I liked The Hobbit movies, but I think 3 was pushing it. It could've been easily done in 2.

I think there was pressure from above to make it three. I don't mind three, especially since this is probably all the Middle Earth we'll be getting, at least for years to come.

But...were just retreading.

I just like teasing Iron. :lol

:rotfl Hobbit hate! It never dies.

It's great! :rock

Not me. And no they weren't :D

One was pushing it :lecture

Some of those look used. :monkey1

I noticed that. I gotta contact Amazon about this. Plus the slip for The Man From U-N.C.L.E. had a tear in it

The issues with the Hobbit I understand. With the LOTRs I don't.

But then considering all the artsy fartsy movies I see in the Danes collection I don't see how his option can be considered completely valid. :dunno:

But then with the challenge he has given himself of watching the top films of all time ... He MUST watch a LOTRs movie. :thwak:
