Your latest DVD or Blu-Ray

What are these going to be used for? They look nice!

Just to hang on the wall of a home theater. I have an entire set of these as well. Someone on the Hi Def Digest has a site on ebay that they sell these on for a good price. I bought a bunch of them including HD DVD, DVD, and the ones listed above.

Just got (500) Days of Summer on Bluray for myself. Movie hits very close to home, but I still love it so.

A buddy of mine just bought those from the same place and has 'em framed just like in your pic. How's the quality? I thought you could get those signs in plastic or something.

Not dvd, but i've finished making these

How i did mine, is i looked for hi-res pics on google for dolby, dts and thx logos (the blu-ray one i've made it myself), then print them on A5 photographic paper at a local shop (13$). Then bought the frames (8$ all), and then you can imagine the wild times Cheap diy, it was done in 2 days And yeah, i'll hang them on the walls of the ht room.

What size frame did you get ? As I would like to frame them the same way and keep it classic and clean.

I wanted to pick up Goodfellas and Casino but I'd rather use the play.com deal with two for £18.00 and I can't use paypal there.
Has there been any mention of Taxi Driver on blu ?.

its not much diffrent in terms of picture quality from that of the the 2 disc anniversary ed. that came out on dvd last year! but it is better than the 'reconstructed' edition that came with my g1 complete box set!

Well.. I've not watched it yet but I've read some reviews saying its better than Shaun of the Dead and others saying its nowhere near as good. I don't really watch Doctor Who but I always found it funny Noel Clarke was in it , just didn't seem right to me.
I would imagine Doghouse has a different type of humour than Shaun of the dead , more in your face so to speak. I'll let you know what I think in this thread once I've watched it mate.
Did you manage to catch Dead Mans shoes yet ?.

Also picked King Kong up on blu last night too after posting in here since I found it for £8.00 on ebay again and I'm sure this one is worth upgrading just for the visuals alone.

They are the photo quality paper and the frame is one that can be found at Ikea. I have the same one as in the picture, but I have them arranged differently. They are really nice quality and look great in any home theater arrangement.
