It's iconic.

I see it not as part of the franchise, but more like a Creepshow or Tales From the Crypt type of story. I also think it feels more like a John Carpenter movie than Halloween II.

I can agree with that...I just think they should have given it a different name. A Halloween movie without Michael is like a hot fudge sundae without the ice cream.

Speaking of horror movies...I tried to watch Jason X...but somewhere along the way I had an uncontrollable need to change the channel. Just could not get into it at all.

It did however make me realize that Michael >>>>>>>>>> Jason. The ONLY Friday the 13th movie that ever made me jump was the first one....but Michael...man he is the epitome of scary.
