Yeah, I did an Evil Dead marathon two weekends ago. They still hold up very well!

Randomly watched Quarantine 2 on TV last night. It was decent - low budget but well done. I like fast zombies in movies - threat feels more real.

Yeah, there's been several movies that have strayed away from the Romero zombie.
I was pleasantly surprised with the first installment, Quarantine. If you haven't seen it yet then watch REC first. The movie was shot in Spain and is what the English remake is based on. Awesome movie!

Yes!
Next year look for World War Z2 and Resident Evil Final Chapter. There might be a few more, but these are the only 2 I recall for now.

I love how this one starts right away with Dracula an a very intense fight sequence. There's also Peter Cushing as [who else!] Van Helsing.

Love the Hammer horror movies.
