The Orphanage is fantastic! I have not seen the other.

I liked that one

Dead Silence is F'n creepy

And that's really the big selling point for this movie. It doesn't have all the blood and gore. That never scares me actually. But it's very psychological.
Like you said, this movie is ****in' creepy!

Orphan has a great twist.

The Orphanage, also called El Orfanato... this may be the only time I'll say this about a horror movie: this one is beautiful! Absolutely love the script and the acting. It will scare the $hi+ out of you and the ending is amazing. Easily one of my favorite horror movies.

Be sure to watch these late at night with the lights off.
Ambience is everything with horror movies.

Watched White Noise late last night. It's decent and had a few scary moments, but is one of those movies you don't really need to see.

I'll probably watch Dark Skies in a few minutes.

I really enjoyed it for what it was. White noise that is.

I didn't dislike it. It had my interest all the way to the ending. It'll be a very long while before I see it again, is all I'm saying.

Oh I wasn't questioning. Just my two cents.

It's a bit overcast here and I have nothing better to do (sad, I know) so I think I'm going to watch some horror flicks today. Just need to decide which. I have 1 on the dvr but not sure how much of a horror film it is. It's called "my soul to take." We shall see what else I come up with. I MAY throw in 'The Gate' cause I love that movie.

I'm currently updating my Netflix instant horror queue. I noticed the Collection is on there. If anyone has seen the Collector and wants to check out the latest installment, enjoy! It's definitely not as great as the first one but I stayed interested through the whole thing.

Some friends and I are officially taking off September 13th and watching Friday the 13th 1-10.

Haha ya they are more entertaining in a funny way as they go on. I think 1-4, 6, and 7 are solid. I like the 5th one as more of a side film and 8,9,10 are just hilarious.
