Re: Zebraten's customs/Arrow (CW show)

That looks awesome, man. As far as the head goes, did you see that icons statue that DCD has coming out? It's got a great likeness to Amell, and it comes with an alternate head that doesn't have the sculpted on hood (which could probably be dremmeled to fit a TT, since they are supposed to be 1/6th scale.

Re: Zebraten's customs/Arrow (CW show)

:thud: fantastic!! One of my favorite characters right now.

Thanks! I enjoy the show a lot. It keeps getting better and better.

Arrow looks great! Really awesome job Zebraten!

Thank you, sir!

Re: Zebraten's customs/1:6 scale Battle Mech

About a month ago, a friend of mine from OSW (Tank Mechanic) and I began to restore an unreleased prototype 21st Centruy 1:6 scale Alternate History WW2 Mech that I was fortunate enough to buy. It was in rough shape, broken and dismantled, with parts missing, etc. I absolutely would never have been able to repair this thing if it was not for the skill and expertise of Tank Mechanic. He did all the heavy lifting, by fabricating new parts, fixing the old ones and repairing the electronics. I am basically responsible for the painting, the figures and making the diorama.

He has asked that I not show the completed Mech until it's displayed at FamCon in May. He believes that some of the "wow" factor will be lost if I plaster pictures of this beauty before the show and I agree with him.

The folks at FamCon have kindly agreed to give me a table so that I can display the completed Mech, along with a large diorama, with accompanying figures that I am building.

I don't think Mark will mind that I show 2 small teasers of the Mech and part of the dio. I don't think it gives away much, but gives the viewer an idea of whats to come.

Thanks for looking!

Re: Zebraten's customs/1:6 scale Battle Mech

Oh man! Are you for real ? :horror

This looks massive!

Re: Zebraten's customs/1:6 scale Battle Mech

Wow man... crazy the stuff 21st did... I've got one of their tanks and it just blows my mind how nice it was for a mass produced 1/6 vehicle. This, though, is just on a whole 'nother level of cool :rock

It is! It's a couple feet tall and very detailed. 21St Century did a great job on it.

Thanks! I'm so happy I was able to get it. All the hard work is nearly done.

Re: Zebraten's customs/WW2 armored soldier/1:6 scale Battle Mech

Wow I love the look of the soldier!! Great use of armor, but not sure about the weapon though. Do you have a MG42 around? Or maybe a flame thrower? :)

Re: Zebraten's customs/WW2 Captain America/1:6 scale Battle Mech

Thanks, Marcus. I went with the bigger Sci-Fi gun because I wanted to emulate the DUST style weapons.

Here is a WW2 Captain America I'm working on for the same dio...

Re: Zebraten's customs/District 9

As a fan of District 9, I made a couple figures based on the movie. A generic PMC from M.N.U. and the main villain, Koobus Venter.

Re: Zebraten's customs/District 9

Your D-9 figures are great! Venter is awesome! May I ask what head did you use for him?
Can you post the Multi-National PMC figure (caucasian) you had on OSW?
The dio you did for that was grande as well!
All top notch!

Here's the link for my first D9 guy

And the head I used for Koobus Venter is from Soldier Story. One of the newer guys. I think the Bin Laden raid one, with a minor repaint.

Thanks much!
