In most cases, I would agree with you. But Wolverine is probably the best case of a really popular comic character who was dressed in civvies about as often as he was dressed in a costume, even when he was engaging baddies. So, he's the one "superhero" I would put on display in his regular civilian clothes. Another might be a Nick Fury, who would wear traditional attire while spying over the blue and white getup frequently. This is different than folks wanting Peter Parker, Steve Rogers, Clark Kent, and other civilian "identities" or "alter egos" on display. Wolverine is Wolverine, whether he's dressed up in his costume or not. And I like the civilian HT clothing for Logan because the movies at least get that right for the most part. Their "tactical" costumes just don't cut the mustard. It's always been weird to me how people really love figures of Super Heroes in civilian attire. I personally think it's the most boring thing but they seem to have no problem selling![]()

This is how I feel as well. It's not like Tony Stark in a business suit, or Peter Parker in high school clothes. Wolverine is still Wolverine in a tank top and jeans, and it's been fairly common in the comics as well.I do agree with this. Its the hair and claws that make him which means he can be with costume or without.
Good idea. Threads merged. When some official pics of Wolverine come out he can warrant his own thread.I suspect a thread merge soon....
but oh man, that armor....looks great![]()
Man, they're all over the place this year.
Judging by that pic, I'd say Wolverine is complete. They've obviously done some sort of prototype photo shoot. So my question is this, why didn't they show him at Comic-Con or the other summer conventions? Whatever happened with Charles? They clearly had the rights to do Mcavoy's Xavier, even had catalog pics of his specs/pics. So what happened?
Han Solo and Chewbacca came out of no where, this Wolverine is about to come out of no where, yet Drax, Ripley (both versions), Batman Returns Batman and Battle Damaged Murphy are up in the air. Hell, where's that 60's Batmobile that was shown years ago? We got the Delorean and a ****ing miniature Helicarrier before that thing. I like surprises (the random Terminators being the best), but there's no rhyme or reason to their unveils.
