Looks good. Best Geordi we'll probably ever get. 4.7/5 stars.
I think the only things I can think of to nitpick about are the lips, especially the bottom one, have some more reddish going on. That might just be the photo and is barely worth mentioning. And I'm not sure if it's just how it's put on right now but the visor often is a bit lower on his nose, but looking at Google Images and that's not always true (like how i wear my glasses, they move around!) so that doesn't even count as anything.



I hope they some day to an accessory pack or something. I'd pay for a few extra heads and stuff. Geordi with is meme bearded face would be cool (and a pointing hand!).

Wondering Are the die hard guys getting two figures to display both sets of clothing or just getting the standard set? If you just get the STD, it would still mean you cannot display both sets of clothing?

I know we can't really tell a thing from these pretty much habitually terrible EXO promo shots, but I'm joining the @davejames team here. Not quite sold on that sculpt. I've come to understand that I'm in the minority here, but I might have to source another QMX sculpt for this version if he doesn't look significantly better than these photos in hand. I've always thought that QMX version was near perfection. Shall see...

Also, easiest choice for "Standard" version ever!

Even though I've bought only and all Standards thus far

I saw this pic on Nanjin's FB page. The sculpt looks much better here.

Everyone has their preferences. Buy what you like. But IMO I think the sculpt looks great in these shots.

Same. Many of the shots leave me unconvinced. But there are a couple shots that suddenly look spot-on. Doesn't even look like the same figure!
Leaves me kind of confused. Could it be more than lighting? Makes me want to wait-and-see.

Lighting is almost certainly the main issue, for sure.

I'm actually not super worried about how Jean-Luc is going to look because I've been able to make pretty much EVERY LAST EXO figure look A LOT better when I'm the one controlling the composition of the photos in my own set-up.

No idea why EXO won't either invest in a better photographer or send the current one to some lessons.

Ordered Standard Edition!

Two different sculpts in the same preorder listing? What the hell is going on over there?

I'm not someone who goes crazy with my displays. No fancy poses. I don't often have the accessories that aren't bog-standard with them. Usually my stuff is posed plain and just standing about. And I literally have never changed the clothes on any of mine. So I could always get the most basic version because I do not care about that stuff.

Yet I want it all. It's an addiction... I've got so many lose accessories, extra hands, extra clothes, etc just hidden away in a drawer, never to be used. I should get the basic version.

BUT NO. I will get the one with all the stuff because I am a FOOL!

yay was waiting for this new Picard to jump into the TNG line.

Not feeling that sculpt at all, but we all know how these go. I think three versions is a bit OTT but this is our last chance for a good Picard, so I’ll likely order soon.

Well nice to see I'm not going crazy anymore by thinking the sculpt is off!

They've captured many of his individual features but somehow it just doesn't come together to look enough like Stewart in the end. And I'd say the likeness is only about 70% there if I'm being generous. Which is frustrating after seeing how much closer they got with the Locutus sculpt earlier.

Still though, it's serviceable enough and you gotta have a TNG Picard in the collection. It's a shame though because if the sculpt were better I would definitely be ordering two of these to have the two distinct looks on display. But as it is, I'll probably just be getting the deluxe. Which does come with some pretty cool accessories, so credit to Exo for that.
