You can just rotate them in and out on your display.

Freshly unboxed! Dragon Studio 1/4 Sephiroth EX
Super excited to unbox my very first resin today! He's meant to be more of a centerpiece for my future collection and he certainly has presence (he's massive, probably overscaled and closer to 1/3), standing at about 115 cm at his full wing height. Pic next to the Rebirth Collector's Edition Static Arts for comparison.
I'm particularly happy with his eyes and how they reflect light beautifully. His Masamune is real metal and super heavy, plus his wing seems to be all resin as well and very hefty, hence the support rod (which is thankfully very clear acrylic and blends in well enough.) I also really appreciate the solidness of the base and how it makes it look like he's almost levitating with the rocks floating up around him, like at the end of Remake.
He came with two hand options, one normal hand and one with an LED effect that uses button batteries. Overall, I didn't really know what to expect with my first resin but I'm really happy with how he turned out, plus no breaks in shipping! Good experience buying from FNC as well, taking about 50 days to arrive after ordering.

What Square showed in 2019 vs Final product that in my opinion was pretty meh.. the first Tifa in 2021 was still the worst though lol

Great tip to use eraser! How much is that display acrylic box? It looks good!Does anyone know the long term bending limits of "platinum' silicone? I know the GT silicon (silica gel?) elbows would tear if left in a bent pose. I have a pretty slight bend to the arm and fingers

also a PSA, the eye tool needle thing that comes with this scratches the eyes
I had better results with an eraser on the back of a pencil, but be careful of the lashes.
Although I have no idea how real "platinum" silicone performs, I can just compare SGD Tifa's material to TBLeague and Jiaoudoll. It really "feels" SGD Tifa's material is way higher quality than what those two are using. Sometimes with those other two, the material feels squishy, at worst almost liquidy. One time, I had a really bad TBLeague doll whose "meat" just melted. Oil oozed out and the meat fell apart, so she ended up looking like a Terminator endoskeleton. That's not the case with SGD Tifa's material. This one is still soft but it really feels more durable, more "packed" or dense.
The elbow and knee areas don't seem to be thin at all, there's enough meat in those places to avoid the pointy joints from breaking through. The only potential problem area I see on SGD Tifa are the armpit areas, just like with every other silicone/tpe doll. Those seem to be the places where prolonged stretching might really cause tearing in the area. In one of the SGD Tifa tutorial videos from the site, the guy demonstrating SGD Tifa's articulation also emphasized the armpit areas.
I have a bunch of TBLeague dolls ranging from 5 to 10 years old. They're still in great quality, no tearing at all. I only had one that actually melted, and one that started peeling/tearing (an older model from 2014 or so). Everything else is near perfect even when they're in a sitting position.
Anyway, today SGD Tifa decided to sing the Italian national anthem!

How reflective is yours in real conditions? I got one for my Cloud plus chocobo etc but godamn during daylight hours from across the room, u can barely see him. It looks like yours might be similar, is it one of the ones designed to have legos in them? I know some acrylic sheets can have a light-dispersing coating, but cldnt find one that specifically says it does and yeh theyre goddamn expensive for what they are. Hopefully when I put some leds in there or smth it'll help but... wish there was just something better. Do peoples glass cases reflect light so badly? I just kinda wanna be able to put my figures wherever i want and move them around, not have them all in one non-moveable display case...

Man the second glass case looks so good. Something about the colour of all the items just working really well.
That ice silver PSP in particular looks so dope. Also, I see that Persona 5 steelbook (so gorgeous)!
As for me, I bought a glass door cabinet 120cm x 40cm X 40cm from Taobao, it costs around 80 USD including international shipping. (Before the arrival of SGD, it was my GT Cloud section
)It's actually similar to IKEA Rudsta, since magnets can be attached to the metal surface, I chose to use the magnetic sensor lights to avoid the messy cables
(refer to the video)
Btw.. I haven't received SGD costume set yet..

Wow it's been quite long already! Have they at least sent you a tracking number? For me, it seemed like it was SGD Studio themselves who sent the box of clothes. I just received an email one day from DHL that had a tracking number and the sender was "Sinocultural Trade Limited" or something like that and I didn't even know it was Tifa's clothes because there was no description at all.
Anyway I hope your Tifa's box of clothes would arrive soon so she could finally get dressed!
The magnet sensor lights are rechargeable, but it won't last long if let the lights stayed on for hours, might need recharge daily.Yea I thought about just getting another detolf type case for the price, but I plan to display mine up high because I think it looks better from a low or eye level.
That magnet light is interesting, I assume it uses batteries? Cables are an eyesore, but batteries prevent me from turning on the lights

I think got delayed.. I asked the boss yesterday, he said the team still working on the promo pics. Not sure when is the exact date for PO, I'll inform you all once they reveal the confirmed date.
They using sea shipping to ship my Tifa clothes.. it takes approximately 1 month to ship to my place
