How so? HT could be planning a 2 in 1 and/or diorama to get the price north of the required $1k threshold.
Tbf I'd rather see a Artisan Doc brown with a better sculpt or a Barbossa to go with Jack.

It’s not BS. That’s been the case since well before InArt got the license to do the figures and was mentioned back then around the time of the movie release. All previous Phoenix Joker collectibles from other companies have been over $1k be it Prime 1, Queen Studios, JND, or Iron Studios b/c they all had to be within that mandate.

Hasn’t been confirmed which yet but yes they are.
I'd be happy with even an unpainted T2 T-800 sculpt from InArt at SDCC.

As for HT Phoenix, per the usual PO fake line queue BS people have to go through sideshow, the number will probably be even less than the usual 3000 or so units. Although, HT has a chance to offer a better variety if they're doing the multiple Jokers like what Inart did.
