I ended up receiving the 3 orders I placed which contained 12 figures in total all using store credit and figures in their "Mega Sale" section, I did have to pay the shipping costs though as they don't allow the store credit to be used on shipping costs.

I am still waiting on my replacement order for an unfulfilled Gandalf. I have paid the extra shipping but it still seems to be stuck between TW and the shipping company. I did message them today and they say they are looking in to it, so you never know. If this does finally arrive, I will use up the remainder of my credit on something else....
 
I asked them earlier about placing orders for items not in their "Mega Sale" and they said that if it is purchased using store credit that we have to allow them 21 days to ship the items, if it is in the "Mega Sale" and purchased using store credit then they will be shipped within 5 days.
Any orders placed not using store credit will supposedly be shipped within 2-5 days.

Not sure where they get these time frames from as I was enquiring about purchasing the recently released Bane using store credit.

Just placed my replacement order to use up the InArt Gandalf f*ck up credits. Both items weren't in "Mega Sale" so let's see what happens...

I get angry like once a month at it all. Angry at well these forums for removing posts that would tell people what was happening and myself for being no proactive enough. I contacted them frequently about it, but I think I gave up late last year....

I hope you get your stuff, but I am pretty certain I am not getting my own.

Well weirdly enough I place the order yesterday, and already received tracking this morning… I’ll be very shocked if I receive, not holding my breath!
 
Keep an eye on the tracking and if it hasn't actually been collected/started moving 5 days after you placed the order, open a claim with Tazapay for the shipping costs.
After that contact TW/TA and tell them that you won't close the case until the order is shipped, that's how I had to force some of my store credit orders through and it worked for me.

So, they’re now threatening to not continue my order if I don’t cancel the Tazapay claim, saying it will take up to 21 days as it’s not in Mega Sale and flat out refusing to answer if they can even source the items I bought on store credit!

Yeah as said above, don't cancel the claim as they want you to close it so then it might go past the length of time that Tazapay allow you to make a claim.
I myself just started another claim with them for the shipping costs of a store credit order I placed and they gave me the same response, even though it is now 21 days today and still nothing has shipped.

Never allow yourself to be strong-armed and bullied by these scam artists.
 
The saga continues! Just had the below from TW relating to a replacement order for an InArt Gandalf that never showed up. I've been through the list of mega-sales items and can't find anything else I want, so I guess I am stuck waiting again. Annoyingly I let myself believe that this order was going to make it so I ended up buying the Topo jacket to go with my "new Knightmare Batman figure". Oh well, at least the jacket is nice, just a bit small for me :ROFLMAO:

I made the replacement order on 24th August and received a 'shipped' notice on 10th September. It took countless emails and whatsapp's to get this update...
