I believe companies can showcase things even if it’s not officially approved yet. I believe they have the excerpt which states: pending licensing approval or something like that. I feel like I’ve seen that before. But I might be wrong lol
Sideshow had a Deckard that was on display it said something like not being produced, display only. Or something like that. Like fan art.

We see it for Hot Toys figures on display with the little note saying pending license approval at conventions. I just imagine they would have had to go through some approval process to even get it that far but maybe not? Hell they even took the time to do an alternate sculpt with the mask. Deckard was a little more clear cut since their sign said it wasn't anything they're actually making. Nurse Joker just had TBD.

Originally was going to keep one InArt body for the interrogation look, but, the more I think about it, the more I have feeling HT will make one with seamless wrists sooner or later like they’ve done with Phoenix Joker.

Is the sculpted version better and overall better value? Is that the general consensus?
The only difference between these is literally the rooted hair, it’s been waitlisted as soon as it was announced and highly sought after, the sculpted barely sold out today.
If you just want the new joker you can probably get the sculpted version and buy the rooted hair face from sellers who part out hot toys figs.

The kicker with this new version sculpt aside, is the tailored and smooth looking suit, the dx12 still holds up though.

Already have the artisan ordered but went ahead and ordered a standard. Will repaint it for the "hit me" scene look. Might have it rooted depending on how the sculpted hair looks in person.

Jeez that looks good! Definitely going to try to pick up a parted out headsculpt. It’ll probably be as difficult to get as the Mando/Bespin 2.0 Luke sculpt, unfortunately

Sideshow really has some bad sculpted hair pics (color looks super off). It doesn't look too bad at all compared to the Artisan based on reviews. As soon as I realized this, it was too late. It's on Waitlist everywhere I look.
