Same. I used to prefer it but as an adult came around to the original which is far more unsettling. Overall the first two are great and the designs degrade fast after that, for me anyway.

It baffles me how they keep going back to those meaty lips when the Rambaldi solution was so brilliant (and eerie).
Once again I am struggling to see any major difference between other Xeno designs.

I think only Alien 3 had a memorable variation. Aside from the equally stupid final boss XenoSnokes in Resurrectiin and Romulus.

Jesus can we get a proper trailer already instead of this lark?
I thought it was at least gonna have a climax/be a full arc for the kitty, maybe a cool jumpscare or grisly end, but it just stops.
man, I know we've all given up and just live with the idea that filmmakers wanna make dialogue unintelligible these days, and that it's borderline passe to even complain about it, but can you imagine trying to parse 90% of that without the given subtitles lol I know, tbf, it's a promo from the filmed pov of a cat - but it didn't help me enjoy it hah

None of the marketing for this show has piqued my interest at all.
Might have something to do with not them showing much of the actual show yet. I'm ready for a proper trailer.
