Well, the jeans I ordered came in today, and they're absolute junk. Luckily they were pretty cheap. What I decided to do is buy the jeans off of the Hot Toys Vietnam Navy Seal M60 Gunner and dye them black. They seem to be the right fit and they're surely going to be good enough quality...

Thats pretty much what I'm planning to do with the jeans. My only concerns are that they're denim-like and they are tight enough. I may have found some on ebay that would work well enough. As for the shirt, I don't think you have to worry. The sleeves on the actual shirt worn in the movie...

Yeah I saw that one. Not sure it was worth quite that much, granted the silhouette was perfect, it didn't really hold up in the up close shots. The sculpt was great and it was painted well, but the vest was totally wrong(it looked like a suit vest), and the gun belt and boots were plasticy crap...

so did anyone ever find out if it was a "re-worked" longbow sculpt or not? not to open old wounds or anything, because to me they look completely different. I just really wanted to see that guy eat his words.

Awesome, I can't wait to see them. I bought the GBU special edition dvd and watched it last night and now I'm even more excited to get this figure together. I'd love to buy Lonnie's Blondie headsculpt but I think it'll be much more fun to sculpt my own. The market seems to be pretty saturated...

I know everyone seems to love the gun rigs from Stevo's Toys, which look amazing, but how are the hats? Am I better off just sculpting my own and casting it in resin or something else? I'm worried about buying one and having it look too big and awkward.

I'm totally interested in a poncho, if you're still taking down names. Also, since Lonnie isn't offering the Blondie head anymore, is anyone else working on one? I'm thinking about taking a whack at it myself in the next couple days, but I'm kinda rusty. We'll see.
