Finally decided to get in on the fun and bought a B&W Lugosi at a local shop, and what a great figure it is! Funnily enough I'm more blown away by how nice the cape is than anything else. It just drapes so well at such a small scale, simply amazing. I think I'll try to get more of these in B&W...

True, that Freeman part wasn't one of his best roles. But both Oblivion and Edge of Tomorrow are great. I always got a Charlton Heston doing Sci-Fi in the late 60's early 70's from this Cruise era. Great fun.

Interesting, I could have sworn I read somewhere (ages ago, when I was collecting WWII stuff, during the heyday of the 6th Division boards) that the W-SS uniforms had a different cut. Will try to look it up, just to satisfy my curiosity.

How is he both Heer and W-SS? Other than the belt buckle faux-pas, I'm only seeing SS insignia... Also, didn't the W-SS have slightly different tunics than the regular Heer units (not talking about the camo)?

Eh... couldn't care less about gore. It only works if you are invested in the characters, otherwise it just becomes silly (which is fine if you're doing some type of horror comedy, which this isn't). Some sexy time is always fine, but again, it works best when it serves a purpose in the story...

I guess that depends on how you view old(er) movies. For example, I watched The Warriors before Clockwork Orange, and I still found Clockwork Orange amazing (without that meaning that I didn't like The Warriors anymore). I must've seen a dozen Dracula movies before I ever saw the original...
