I finally got an answer from inart regarding my issues. No „sorry for the issues you encountered“. I thought meanwhile they would know, that they f‘ed up the QC a lot.

Strange that Kit handled your issue directly, he sent me to the inart customer service in an instant. I have a missing magnet in the wrist peg and a damaged dart gun.

There is already a guy complaining under the instagram post, that the pic is stolen from him. So maybe that’s not final product.

Usb charging is a much more complex topic than one might think. I am by far no expert. Had to learn this as well with a rechargable bike light. The light had a Usb C port, but this did not mean it works with a Usb C to Usb C cable or poweradapter. It only did work with a Usb C to Usb A cable...

Dave, had the same thing with the arm pits, I think the plastic film used is the worst they could have picked, it seems sticky by itself. The hands are a pain, compared to Hot Toys. Edit: @Dave_W how did you contact inart. I have not got any response so far regarding my QC issues on The Batman.

Superman was fine, they used different foam though. So they do learn. Also no magnetic pegs on Superman, but still painful to switch hands.

Paint quality seems nice, but the likeness is completely gone, at least for me.

The gun and the base are fixed, now I hope that inart at least will offer a replacement wrist peg. Btw, they really should do some QC during packaging, I mean if that is the first thing you see when you open a premium price collectors item:

Contacted Kit regarding the QC issues on my figure. He gave me the mail of the inart support and said I should contact them and tell them, that I bought it at onesixthkit.

The cover of the magnet compartment is a bit hit and miss. It does not pop open, I always have to give the base a little slap. I am not aware that Superman has the same amount of QC issues.

Just a short warning, had mine in a pose with bent leg and the blue trunks kinda rubbed of on the leg. When I tried to clean it with a soft tissue and a bit of mild dish soap, the upper layer of the fabric got rubbed of, but the blue stain prevailed. 🙃 before after (white balance and lighting...

If you reach out to Kit now, he will set aside a figure as soon as he can. I think he still has some left. Mine was replaced a week ago, as soon as the 60 days went I contacted him again and he did ask if I want refund or replacement. He did send out the figure the next day. So don’t lose hope...
