What a bummer. You'll get a fresh replacement soon enough, but still... I can't think of too many things I can spend over $400 on and have it arrive this messed up.

You know this is basically the only thing I was worried about with this figure. I literally took it out of the box, took the shirt and singlet off, went straight to inspecting the shoulders and ....deflated.

My wife was watching the whole thing and was like, "Did you know that was going to happen or something?"

I just sighed and explained, Way of the Dragon being a simple look and accessories this was really the only thing that could go badly wrong with this figure....


It really has taken the joy out of this at the moment which is a shame......cause I got to say, ignoring the damage, looking at it standing there, this is easily the best Bruce Lee figure ever made.

@SAB: just what happened like my rambo figure. my suggestion is don't bother contacting enterbay. they'll just asking you to return the figure and 'fixed' it. but you'll be dissapointed on what they called fixed. Also they take a long time to respond to your email.
I suggest you open a paypal claim now and let paypal handle them.

They used an incredibly sophisticated sticky tape solution to rectify their MIB3 figures. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Really sorry to hear that SAB & hope everything turns out right for you.

If it's any consolation, mine isn't perfect too, it dents in at the glued seams around the arm hole. But for my case, the seams are fairly tidy and glued all the way down so I didn't think mine warrant enough to contact EB. I noticed MAX's figure has some sort of fold at the hole too, so I reckon this is a pretty universal flaw with varying degrees.

^ It really is a superb looking body, almost too good to cover up in full costume.

What i'm most suprised with is they actually sculpted feet.

I never would have checked mine, hence, wouldn't have known.

That is the trouble with Enterbay, they make the most realistic sculpts along with good paint jobs but their QC control is really bad.

Their figures are so much more realistic than Hot Toys figures and thus, they have the ability to offer some real competition but they screw things up by making poor quality products.

I wish they would care a bit more about making high quality products instead of making things just look good and using cheap poor quality products and cheap ass ways to make these very nice looking figures!

Enterbay have a bad reputation for customer service but I think it wise to see what options they will give you before you open a pay pal claim because most of the time they do reply back from what I have heard.

I have hear good things about Natalie who deals with customer service issues.

Thing is you have to buy these figures with a thought that there'a 5% chance that one day you might want to sell it because of financial difficulty's and nobody wants a bum figure.

I don't think there's any doubt that once this bad boy is gone he's gona jump up a $100 a year at least in good condition.

If I'm spending that amount of money I don't want any "fix" - I want a mint product.

It's a collectible after all. Full refund or new figure, no exceptions.

long day at work.here's a few quick snaps by wifey..love the calm,grouchy better in hand and looks far better than the original art asylum sculpt.slight mod and tada.

Just got mine in from Enterbay. Easily, IMO, the best looking Bruce Lee figure I've ever owned (and I've owned ALOT).

Did a slight mod to the eyebrows (made them a bit bushier like Bruce had them).

nice paint up on the eye brows, like to see pics of grouchy sculpt if u painted ,,, sorry to see some folks fig with glueing prob, i didn,t even take suit off yet still in same pose

For me it's easier to fill the claim, get the refund & buy new bruce lee from them.
The last people sent their MIB figures & doll rambo back to the company felt dissapointed on what they considered already fixed (as far as I know).
I don't remember who is it, but it took months until he got his rambo back & it felt funny because we order this asap, so we can get it earlier than other people.
my suggestion: don't bother sending it back to EB, if you don't want to open a paypal claim, it's better to ask fellow collectors who familiar with fixing figure. I'm sure you know at least one people like that. I hope this will help you SAB

the calm is superb.groughy a much better sculpt for the art asylum.so yeh eyes and cost aside,im happy.even managed to later mod the art wrists to take the EB hands.looks even better.
