Oh when you post on Bill's FB page again, you probably may want to consider printscreening the conversation for future reference. My post on EB's weibo page was deleted before regardless of polite my message was and how legit my concerns were.

^ It really is a superb looking body, almost too good to cover up in full costume.

LOL.the difference in colour shows up with the flash.looks better in hand.just trimmed the wrist pegs on the asylum a bit and the EB hands fitted nicely.

This is the best looking Bruce Lee figure I have ever seen(I like the relaxed headsculpt better). Only the GOD prototype looked as good(or better?)...but then they ruined it with those crazy eyes
I dont really want 1/4 scale figures but I HAD to buy this!
Plus, Way of the Dragon is my favourite Bruce Lee film. No way to pass lol

oh btw @SAB, please dont misjudge my post. I hope EB does get back to you and fix/replace your figure ASAP. A +$400 figure should be free of these problems.

I mean.. as far as i know... mine is perfect or has the same flaws as yours. I'll probably will never know, cuz i dont plan to take off the shirt and singlet, so ignorance is bliss on my part.

Its just annoying to me seeing ppl post problems on Bills facebook pages, like they expect him to feel ashamed or personally send apology posts. I know chinese ppl in general are humble, but thats BS. Its like if I had a slight paint slop on my HT prodcut, i post complaints on JC Hong's page. What do you Want him to say? That hes sorry....??? pshhhh~

He is the founder/owner with public name 'Enterbay Bill' yet he has no responsibility to offer any apology when shoddy work goes out? Its not uncommon at all for leaders of companies to apologize for their companies mistakes. In my case I wasn't actually going for an apology and don't require one, I just want him to perhaps notify his customer service department or more realistically pass on the note to someone that can help.
If he would put in place a customer service team that would actually respond efficiently then you wouldn't need to contact him publicly.

As for what is and isn't appropriate on Facebook, both Enterbay and Hot Toys need to be held WAY more accountable for the quality in their output and its the perfect place to do it. Both companies can have extremely sloppy quality assurance and quality control processes.
And as to your example of putting paint faults on JC Hong's page, go nuts, what do I care? If it helps Hot Toys pay more attention in future then its worth it. If it notifies other consumers to problems with a release then its also worth it.

I also recommend you take the shirt and singlet off your Lee figure at least once, just because it looks awesome to pose him like that.

Sounds like Enterbay's usual BS, sorry to hear that bro. U might have to go the pay pal route and file a claim if they do not respond.

One of my fav figures in my collection

I didn't fully strip my Bruce Lee yet (don't want to destroy the nicely tied knot on the pants that I might not be able to replicate again ), but I did want to check if I had a similar problem as SAB, & it seems like mine has something similar.

Might not be as bad as SAB's, & maybe the close up might exaggerate it a bit, but it's still there. Enough to warrant an email to EB's customer service I think, but not enough to completely ruin how sweet this figure is overall.

I guess I might get around to taking the singlet off, but not right now. I've had things go wrong with Bruce Lee figure clothing. For example, 'Game Of Death' untied shoe laces that I didn't manage to redo, an EtD belt clip/button that decided to bend & come off, when trying to redo, & not being able to get those EtD leg straps looking right So I'll let the WotD pants knot be right now

I remember my friend told me I wonder what the QC problem will be for this EB figure, I said to him what makes you think there will be one? He said because there is always one.

Well it looks like Enterbay never learns, they expect us to buy their nice looking figures but they don't bother looking for problems once these are made. Now it looks like this is a common problem you should also post this up on facebook Lawrence, so people know that this is a common problem.

What do you think you guys think it takes for Enterbay to change their ways?
