Thing is you have to buy these figures with a thought that there'a 5% chance that one day you might want to sell it because of financial difficulty's and nobody wants a bum figure.

I don't think there's any doubt that once this bad boy is gone he's gona jump up a $100 a year at least in good condition.

If I'm spending that amount of money I don't want any "fix" - I want a mint product.

It's a collectible after all. Full refund or new figure, no exceptions.

Yes I agree ...I doubt Enterbay will though ....

For me it's easier to fill the claim, get the refund & buy new bruce lee from them.
The last people sent their MIB figures & doll rambo back to the company felt dissapointed on what they considered already fixed (as far as I know).
I don't remember who is it, but it took months until he got his rambo back & it felt funny because we order this asap, so we can get it earlier than other people.
my suggestion: don't bother sending it back to EB, if you don't want to open a paypal claim, it's better to ask fellow collectors who familiar with fixing figure. I'm sure you know at least one people like that. I hope this will help you SAB:hi5:

Other than this issue which I hope gets resolved, it really is a staggeringly good figure. Pictures don't really do it justice.
 
It's not acceptable to have a new figure repaired and palmed off as a new one. It should be a mint replacement you get out of this, not a fix. In which case nightsurf's suggestion would be the way I'd go if EB aren't prepared to give you what's owed to you. Funny how their communication goes to ground over QC issues.

Put it up on Bill's facebook page that might make Enterbay respond since there are no QC problems pictures of this figure on that page, you will be the first to show there is a problem. I think everyone on facebook should know about this problem! :mad:

Everytime i have a glitch on my Xbox360, my Windows, or Hotmail, i always screen cap it and send a complaint to Bill Gates facebook wall as well.

He also tells me to contact his CS team... frikin Jerk !!!!

Not that this is important but you do realize Bill Gates has nothing to do with Microsoft anymore?

My point is Bill doesn't really care he just palms u off and says contact our customer service team, which is what SAB has already done with no response! He should have more feelings like I am so sorry this has happened contact customer service and we will do our best to fix this for you. Not just use one liners like contact our customer service team, the exact same message he says everytime word for word.

Oh I didn't expect him to take care of it personally, thats what CS should be there for. But this helps start the ball rolling as Bill has opened dialogue in public.

No I know you didn't expect him to handle it personally, what I meant was I think he should have more feeling towards your problem, instead he just uses one liners, that I have seen before. I wish he acted like he cared more even if he doesn't :dunno

I did get a laugh out of the fact Bill clicked 'like' on the pic of my damaged Lee :rotfl
 
paypal claim..that will start the ball rolling.SAB.you could always start a facebook page about EB QC and lack of care from CS.;)

Even though I see here that this figure is capable of a kick pose that high, I'm not so confident on attempting it on my figure :lol
