NECA continues to crank out the cool figures (I'll be looking at three more next week!), especially in the quarter scale arena. I'm checking out their new 1/4 scale Bilbo Baggins tonight, and while I'm not quite sure what happened with the likeness, there's a lot of other good things to discuss.
