SCREEECH... did I hear my name?? The rumors are flying already! This is just a preview so we never really know what's going to happen before the pre-order actually takes place, so please don't take my words as the stone-cold truth! (those of you in a certain Star Wars chat from a couple months ago can attest to that :p) I'm not privy to what goes on in the minds of the production guys :D Honestly, you really shouldn't believe a word I say unless it's helping trouble-shoot problems with the web site!

Let's look at what we DO know - 1) at this time there is no specified date/time for pre-order and 2) he definitely includes Sting and is dressed in Fellowship clothing. Exclusive or no exclusive? I spoke to quickly before I realized that I honestly don't know... all I know (like you) is that there's no Priority time period specified on this particular preview page. I was just taking guesses as to why that was in chat (in fact, I've only seen this prototype once and VERY quickly in passing), not really stating it as fact! It's too informal in there, makes me want to ... well.... chat. And feel free to string me up and throw rotten vegetables at me for that - I can take it! :duff

sO IF THERE IS NO PRORITY PREORDER....AND IF THERE IS AN EXCLUSIVE...THOSE WHO WILL READ THE NEWSLETTER FIRST WILL GET IT....SOUNDS LIKE THE GRAY HULK SYSTEM.....

Ok, now I don't care how much it costs, I will have it.

I agree. The bases on the 1/4 pieces have really added an extra dimension to the pieces. I've always hated plain black bases.

Unless the edition will be TBD - like I said, let's not all jump to conclusions (I'm including myself in that statement!! :doh) and start the rumors flying... it could be one of many things: no exclusive, exclusive edition TBD, just a teaser with more info coming before the pre-order.... etc. :peace

Every other priority preorder has been announced as such at the time of the first preview image release. Since that didn't happen this time, I figured it would be a good guess that he wasn't going to be sold that way. If he's going up for sale next Friday, then Sideshow would have announced a priority preorder tonight. It seems that the PP system is for low edition size exclusives only.

If there is, in fact, not going to be an exclusive version offered, then I wouldn't think he would need to be sold via the priority preorder system--we wouldn't all be scrambling for a low edition item, but rather a TBD.

Frodo comes with a Mines of Moria base with Dwarf skull, Bones, Goblin debris...and even the one ring on his necklace. Check out the Podcast for more info!!:google

Very cool!!

i would think and hope that since this is a fellowship frodo at the mines of moria that the mithril vest will be included in it.

and if that's the case, no other props that i can think of to be an exclusive.

I can't wait to see how he looks. I've been let down by the Star Wars PF line, so I'm looking to this line to spend my money on.

i would like to get the fellowship 9 in 12" figures ,the premium format will be a costly 9

I'm saying screw it with and going with both.

they could have gave a head shot, i mean think of the debate on that one!
I'm gonna have a good long look at this one before i push the button, then again lurtz could have looked like arwen for all i saw of him when i ordered

wow, I love to snag one of these for cheap later on, on ebay. That would be my only hope! I hope it has a large edition. But did it say in the announcement that all PF's would be like approx 250 and over? Hope not.

Yes, it has been said that even though the figure is smaller it doesn't cost any less to produce really. So I'd expect Frodo to be between $200-250.
