<SideshowDusty> I don't think they could think of anything that could be a good exclusive for a PF figure for Frodo

A light up feature for Sting would have been awesome.

Oh well, looks like I'll be picking up Frodo for $125 or so on Ebay. :)

Sculpted by Mat Falls per the Podcast.

Heath says it the best Frodo likeness they've ever produced.

The base sounds awesome! Mines of Moria crumbling ruins with a helmeted dwarf skull.

Awww, and here I was hoping for 1/6 scale frodo, now I gotta pony up for this one! I planned on only getting three PF format figures throughout, Frodo, Aragorn and Lurtz. Now how well I can stick to that plan remains to be seen.

2 or 3 a year to start it off right? 2 so far in about a month. So, are we done for the year? Or is there just one more left?

I bet we see at least 5 (if not more) announced this year...

Yea, I guess on a "technicality". But, I am looking at it, it was just about a month ago (give or take) when Lurtz was announced.

In my (humble) opinion, I think we will see bearest minimum of 5 this year...

Yea, that's possible Robo. But, I don't know...Ikinda doubt it to be honest.

Then again it has been a little bit since a new Star Wars was announced in 1/4 scale right (Leia I think was last one)?

We'll see. Time will tell...

I just thought I'd get the ball rolling :naughty

Eric

Ehh, why not? It's bound to happen...

:D

SCREEECH... did I hear my name?? The rumors are flying already! This is just a preview so we never really know what's going to happen before the pre-order actually takes place, so please don't take my words as the stone-cold truth! (those of you in a certain Star Wars chat from a couple months ago can attest to that :p) I'm not privy to what goes on in the minds of the production guys :D Honestly, you really shouldn't believe a word I say unless it's helping trouble-shoot problems with the web site!

Let's look at what we DO know - 1) at this time there is no specified date/time for pre-order and 2) he definitely includes Sting and is dressed in Fellowship clothing.

Exclusive or no exclusive? I spoke too quickly before I realized that I honestly don't know... all I know (like you) is that there's no Priority time period specified on this particular preview page. I was just taking guesses as to why that was in chat (in fact, I've only seen this prototype once and VERY quickly in passing), not really stating it as fact! It's too informal in there, makes me want to ... well.... chat. And feel free to string me up and throw rotten vegetables at me for that - I can take it! :duff

Yeah, unfortunately you may be right. I hope they ramp it up to 8-10 of these a year once the line gets rolling.

Frodo comes with a Mines of Moria base with Dwarf skull, Bones, Goblin debris...and even the one ring on his necklace. Check out the Podcast for more info!!:google
