It is a PF IMO. It's teased in a very similar fashion as the droids were. Hope fully 1/6 isn't far behind for Chewie and the droids.

Its probably a PF considering Chewie is already the next 1/6 figure due from Hot Toys and they stated that they will not be working on the same figure.

It looks like it is a 1:6 per the clues on the site:

Clue #1
"not to be confused with the bronzed celebrities.."this tells me it is not a statue

Clue#2
"a walking carpet?" (tells me it has articulation)

What else could it be but a 1:6 articulated "walking carpet" figure.

I think Clue #1 is indicating that Chewie's going to be a faux-bronze PF.

Sadly, HT's next SW figure isn't Chewie. Next two are Solo and Anakin, though not sure in what order.

The bronzed celebrities crack was a play on Snooki. Walking carpet is a straight movie quote. They don't mean anything.
