I don't mind in the offended sense or anything but I'd rather mot disclose because it really doesn't matter and the potential of coming off as having bragged if the deal is deemed too good.

So reading through a good amount if this thread the figure seems really damned good but is there anything that you guys feel I should be aware of or look out for?

Be careful closing the hatch on the shoulder with the Ex Wife installed.

Thank you serious answers.

And Myen I know you're goofing and it's literally in the instructiond but fact is if I drop something of value if I can't catch it I automatically put my foot out to take the impact vs it dropping on the floor straight out and that sure as heck wouldn't change for these.

Amazing pics man! How long does it take for you to do a full photo shoot?

Thank you, and it varies. Pics like these ones posted just in my room are honestly just point and shoot so minus adding my logos it takes seconds (the second one you quoted I did some split toning with the colors so maybe add a whole minute or two.) "Official" galleries for my site and the like though can take a bit longer since I'm shooting on white and really want to go through and make sure there aren't any blemishes, random dust or hair on the surface (my wife and dogs all shed so much that I'm surprised they aren't all as bald as Hulk Hogan, ha.) so I'd say for a 15-20 picture gallery for my site maybe an hour or two total actual shooting and processing? I hardly ever just shoot and process so normally a gallery in a night while watching TV, catching up on this or that, etc. etc..

So what do you think man? The engineering for Mk I is better than the Mk III right?

So the arm gun hinge on mine is super loose and my figure also suffers from droopy arm syndrome. Any advice as to how I could tighten up these joints on my figure?

I haven't gotten much play time yet (took those pics then got to walking dogs, cooking, etc. etc.,) but not really from what I've seen. The Mk III is a lot more refined and gets better ranges of motion where the most impressive part on the I is the weapons system being built in rather than swap pieces. Going to review it tonight so will definitely see what's up later.

I had this issue as well with the droopy arms and asked maybe a year or two ago and someone was nice enough to respond how to fix it. You'd have to do a good amount of digging into the history on this thread, but it essentially required you to pry open the ball joint and use a screwdriver to tighten the screw inside.

I ended up not doing it cause I keep all my figures boxed up...but also because I didn't have the balls to pry open the socket, but perhaps your balls are bigger than mine! :lol

I think I find the WM engineering more impressive because they managed to figure out how to incorporate the weapons in the figure rather than the lame plug-ins...but that's just me.

Looking forward to the review though!

And that's cool, man. In terms of implemented gimmicks, Mk I absolutely blows pretty much any diecast Iron Man or War Machine I've touched or even seen out of the water. However, as someone who's more into the posing and whatnot, things like the extending shoulders for butterflies and additional extension/hip drop for further range are more crucial for me as a consumer and collector. I like the ingenuity behind the implementation of the shoulder weapons, thrusters, etc. but whether you get them there by popping them out of the shoulders or plugging them into slots, you'll have him armored up or flight ready in the end. The War Machine Mk III does things that the Mk I literally can't do and that's why it's a clear winner in that area for me. I actually prefer the Mk I as a suit and it's really nice as a toy but the Mk III is just a freaking marvel in terms of play. Hopefully I wrote that in a way that makes sense because I feel like I started typing and just kept on, haha!

But just in case it's not clear, this isn't a case of good vs. bad because it's certainly amazing vs. even more so.

About to record the review now and will definitely give some thoughts.

Totally understood what you were trying to convey. At the end of the day I think BOTH Mk I and III are amazing...just in my humble opinion, engineering marvel or not, the OG Mk I is king.
