Recieved mine not so long ago. Still playing around with it

Kobe/Blade/Spiderman

I now have 3 figures that share my top fav 1/6 figures that I own. Enterbay finally made it there

A couple of things I noticed that I don't remember reading here:

- Only one pair of hands have magnets.
- Figure doesn't have bare feet (sculpted shoes & cut off socks).
- The box is a nice compact size when compared to most HT/EB boxes I have.

I'm still not the biggest fan of the smiling sculpt (still looks strange to me), but the other is stellar. Arm joints are nice & tight, legs are not as tight, but still alright. I think the scaling is nice too. I put it next to my HT Bruce Lee, & he looked tiny

Kobe is my fav NBA player, so that might have something to do with this figure making my top figure list, but I'm seriously happy with how this figure turned out.

I want another one

I don't really notice the size of the shoes/feet. It looks cool to me. I don't really have a problem with the way they are now, but if they made them bigger, I'd be fine with that as well. Shame the shoes aren't branded. Also, I think having "real" type shoes, instead of sculpted, would have added a nice touch as well. But if it helps keep the cost down for collectors, then it's alright.

My box also has a tear in it, but I'm not too annoyed with that right now

Either way, I am looking forward to the next one.

i just don't like how this looks, as he would have another vest under the jersey. the whole shoulder-area is just too bulky and it pushes the jersey more up as it should have been.
and what i mean with the "vest" look under his jersey is this:

the jersey should lay flat and smoth on the shoulders, and not be that high like in all other pictures, as the area on the shoulders is pushing the jersey just too high.

I agree with you. The headsculpt is pretty good, but the body lets it down big time. I hate the shoulders and the knees.

The Hot Toys DX04 Bruce Lee figure also had visible shoulder joints, but if you look at how Hot Toys did it, most poses still look great because the shoulder flows nicely and naturally into the arm. But with the Kobe figure, there is a noticeable and large gap such that the natural line of the shoulder into the arm is broken.

I just hope the MJ figure is done much better than this!

Knowing EB, I guess they'll most probably recycle the kobe body to be used for MJ sans tattoos.

The shoulders inhand are actually cool depending on the pose. I'd agree on the knees, the look ok and not as firm as the arms.

Perhaps they should not have gone with double jointed knee's. Maybe a single joint, 90 degree bend would suffice, & you'd still be able to pose him nicely, & it would look better. But then of course you wouldn't be able to do this:

I got mine from Ebay. I think there are some still there. The silver sneakers ain't all that. Although I had to have them But still, they ain't all that.

Not the best at replying to emails though. I've emailed them a couple of times about QC issues with a Bruce Lee statue I purchased directly from them, & still haven't got a proper reply.

I hear the regular orders will be available Aug/Sept. So I guess it's not that long to wait, since it's already Aug.

Sorry I don't know. I think I read on an eBay auction that retail was $225, but who knows if that's correct. I think the lowest price (pre order) I see for it on eBay is around $224 (same guy used to charge around $221). If that's the lowest price on eBay, then I'm guessing Enterbay's official price will be even cheaper than that. I'm used to EB products being cheaper (compared to eBay) when ordered directly from them.

Those prices include shipping. But I'm only speculating on how much it might cost

On the full video they showed him walking around for a longer period of time, and no one recognized him at all. All the other members of the Dream Team had to stay on the bus for fear of being mobbed, but Stockton just walked around town.

Thanks for the help @Lawrence I ordered from ebay with the limited edition adidas. It was $260. I needed this!!! Lol

I need a second Kobe for my nephew so just waiting on EB now to allow us to preorder or just put it on sale.

I was a little pissed as I had a friend monitoring the site and then he told me people had it. I was confused and wondered when EB held there preorder and etc.
