Head looks ginormous in those pics (especially the last one ). But it doesn't in Monkeys pics:

I have to agree, I think it has to do with the shoulders. Zack's Joker's look much broader.

As far as the head size goes, I calibrated it to be anatomical to the DX Joker body (not sure which truetype it is). The head is the same scale as most sideshow heads, which are much more anatomical to the bodies they have. The HT heads are scaled closer to the smaller Medicom bodies (the ones used for their Star Wars figures). It also has to do with camera angles.
