Whether you pay $100 or $1,000, the customer has the right to offer feedback...nobody is bashing Zack's work, it's just feedback, which he usually takes better than most.

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

wow guys its a god damn action figure , who the F cares if its a tad bit big , look at all other hot toys heads , they are a bit outta scale , but you all still buy them right? so i would stop bashing this sculpt , it is amazing and for the price he is selling them for , its insane . if you have an issue with the size then put the head on a regular trutype or a bigger figure . thats all :nana: :wave

Please show me this, I can't seem to find it? :dunno

Wider shoulders would not help the scale and Joker clothes would not fit on a bigger figure. That's all.

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

Yeah, I don't think anyone is bashing the sculpt, it is an incredible sculpt, up there in the top 2-3 joker sculpts i've seen

"Its a god damn action figure":slap ..may i remind you that some of the people who are buying this head are also spending a fortune on the kato gear(myself included) ..why do you think that is? its because they want there joker as accurate as possible ..do you think they are just going to settle for an oversized head without saying anything??:cuckoo: ..no one is bashing the sculpt, there just saying it how it is,and they should not feel they need to keep quiet to spare the sculptors feelings , it's all just constructive criticism at the end of the day.

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

well obviously my constructive critisizm if wrong huh:slap

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

no but my opinion was not what you wanted to hear so therefore IT WAS WRONG . i just stated that people have an issue with the head and right away they drop off the list so fast no even thinking "hey all the other comments that was said about his other sculpt " Monkey changed the sculpt to satisfy everyones problem with it , so why not do the same about this sculpt before backing out , just ask Monkey 1st.. whatever im done arguing . IDK , this is pointless IMO :nana:

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

No one is bashing it, everybody has said what a remarkable sculpt it is! It is just a little on the big side

i aggree . but it seemed like "bashing" in a way because people were dropping off the list before changes could be made

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

I agree with that, I have dropped off for now, but if changes were made on size I would be totally back in again

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

I was pretty much a definite at having to drop off anyway, have too much coming up.

Also, I have no doubt Monkey will address the issue if it is possible....and likely have new pics up within the next 2secs that ultrafast customiser he be. :D

Wouldn't be surprised if the slots get filled immediately anyway, from the waitlist. Testament to how great a sculpt this is.

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

Geez, I go to sleep for a little bit and it's a poop explosion in here. Look, it the same size as the first head I did and believe it or not it is to the correct scale to the hands, shoulders, limbs and feet. Though torsos on most doll/figure bodies are really thin to accommodate the layers of clothing. An easy fix is pad out the torso just a bit and if no one want to do that I'll look in to sizing it down, though I don't know how long that will take. I'll do what I can guys.

Ok I have been sitting back silently watching the fireworks here and deciding on what to say about this sculpt. First off having the first one in hand and seeing the size difference between this sculpt and the HT one, Monkey's sculpts are bigger in size. But we all knew that from the beginning. He even mentioned this in the first thread about how HT makes theres too small at times. Everyone agreed and I think this one is no different but because it is shown on the figure with no jacket, it makes it look bigger then the first sculpt and now everyone is freaking out. Now before anyone starts biting my head off, I do agree that with us being paid customers we have a right to give feedback good or bad. I also agree that in this particular case with the coat off, this head looks too big. Sorry to say this but it's true. I am still in for one, but I may back out as well. I'm not sure yet. However with that being said, I may back out for a different reason. I'm not worried about the head being a little big. What I am worried about is making a decision between using the first head or this one. I am not in any position right now to buy a second Joker just to display the other head. I love the first sculpt and I do not wish to be forced to make a choice between which look to go with. I will make my final decision after X-Mas when all the spending money time is done and I can see where I stand financially. So keep me on the list for now. I'm not jumping off the ship yet. :)

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

I agree. I think the first head is a little bigger than ht and looks fine with the layers of clothing. Because its so boarderline, it may just look a little big without the coat and in that paticular pose. Having said that, Im so wanting this sculpt and looking forward to getting him. I also think it represents great value for money and cant be missed imo.

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

There is a serious lack of inhand pics in the other thread from those who got the first sculpt:gah: ..come on people!:dunno

Re: 1/6 Heath Ledger Joker laughing head by MonkeyRobotMaster

Also, if it makes anyone feels any better it's the same size as almost all of Sideshows heads (which are generally much closer to true 1/6). If I can fix it and make everyone happy I will, but again I'm not sure how long that will take. Also to everyone out there I based my measurements not only on human anatomy, but also based it off Bobby C's head (the photos he took of the medium size he used next to a quarter on page 13 of his thread). Anyway, if anyone wants to drop that's okay, you have a right to your opinions and how and what you spend your moneys on. Thanks.

Dude if your head is true 1/6 scale (which i think it is, but i can see why people think it looks to big) ..leave it alone, those slots will be filled again in no time.
