Yeah, that's the iconic look that I want - but I guess the headsculpt is now done, and so there'll be custom suits (or HT themselves might do a reissue.)

The problem with the outfit that's on him is it has that cheesy "what 80's people thought the future would look like" vibe. I know it was meant to be cheesy to some degree, but it's just not my favorite look.

Yeah it was a pretty fun look, but it's certainly not the best or most memorable outfit I'd want to display the character in.

My sentiments as well pretty much.

If I were going to have just one Doc, I'd want the 1985 radiation suit being that I feel it's the most iconic look, despite BttF II actually being my favorite BttF film. However, for BttF II, I actually like this look the best because if I had the BttF II Marty figure, I'd display him in his futuristic duds with the hover board, so they'd both have their 2015 outfits being that I equate the whole 2015 sequence as best representing BttF II the most. Preferably, I wouldn't want it to be my only Doc figure though.

I kind of think of it as the Strike Suit Captain America figure. Very cool and unique outfit, but if possible, it wouldn't be the only Captain America figure I'd have to represent the character because it's not the iconic Captain America look. It'd be a Captain America figure I'd get in addition to already having a more iconic looking one.

I'll take it though over not having any Doc figure at all. BttF II was my personal favorite of the trilogy as mentioned, so it'll be cool to have both Marty and Doc from it. Hopefully the Marty sculpt though isn't a recycle of the BttF figure. If it is, then I'm out on both Marty and Doc because I wouldn't want this BttF II Doc to be paired with BttF Marty. So whether or not I have a BttF II display or a Doc figure is contingent on what the BttF II Marty sculpt ends up being.

I'll have to make a Part I Doc when this headsculpt comes out.

They really needed Doc for the part II flying DeLorean. Correct me if I'm wrong, I just had a thought... Does Marty even drive the Delorean at all in BTTF Part II? I'm having a brain fart. Doesn't Doc drive/fly it the whole time?

I believe you're correct. I don't recall Marty ever driving nor flying the DeLorean at any point in Part II.

Crazy after all these years and watching these movies hundreds of times, I just realized this.

Yep. I'm like that with a lot of films from my youth. I catch a lot of things now that I never really caught before. :lol

My recent favorite being in Ghostbusters regarding the scene where Egon was attempting to protect the containment system being shut off by Walter Peck. As Walter Peck and Egon were exchanging words there in the basement, Louis Tully (as Vinz Clortho) was attempting to mimic all of their hand gestures. Then when Egon was shielding the containment system, Louis/Vinz was making a half arsed effort to mimic the same pose that Egon was doing. It's pretty funny if you keep an eye out for it. :lol

So that being said, Doc better fit in the damn thing. Marty is pretty snug in the Part I DeLorean. Have to amputate Doc at the knees to get him in.

This concerns me as well. Will Doc fit? And regarding Doc's wardrobe, I have a feeling that once HT puts out a decent figure and it sells, then other companies will follow up with Doc's other outfits.

Wish he had a different expression.

Maybe I can find a 1/6 lightbulb. :idea
