So the hong kong price of the joker and harley are the same as doc brown. I assume doc will go up for sale at the same $250 price listed at ssc? Seems a little steep, I figured $220-230. In Hong Kong marty is listed for slightly less.

I like the direction HT has taken with these extreme expressions. This, Harley Quinn. Haven't seen that since the Laughing Heath Ledger Joker. We need more of that.

I'm not holding my breath since it's taken years to just get this one. I'll customize if I have to.

I'm not quite sure actually, as it'd be my first time as well. The majority of my figure acquisitions have been PO's through SSC. Whenever a figure releases in HK, prices on eBay all seem to be a little inflated from HK, so I'm not sure where people are able to get it when it first releases in HK and at retail.

You usually have to pay more than retail, especially with figures that are popular. But who knows what retail is anymore? It seems sideshow is taking it upon themselves to increase the prices. Which if true is shady as **** because they have what amounts to a monopoly in North America. Anybody who is in the know feel free to correct me here.

I'll wait to see in hand shots of the Doc. Not digging the expression on the sculpt as is. If there is no major change, I'll think I'll pass...

As much as I want the Doc, I don't think covering up the head sculpt with the visor is a viable option for displaying the Doc. I wasn't happy with the future outfit in the first place (much prefer the radiation suit) but was considering it until I saw the expression and sculpt. I'm not dropping the cash for this unless they re-do the entire sculpt.

We'll see what Hot Toys does in the future.

I like Doc. Freaks mod is better, but the original Hot Toys will do. But he's not instant pre-order for me. I'll pick him up down the line, like Stan Lee

The product photos look photoshopped. Enlarged eyes. Have we see the actual figure on display without goggles?
I think that's the reason why. They enlarged the eyes for the pics.

Good to hear its not the final sculpt, Faith restored. Like others on here I will wait for the in hand pictures before buying. I got burnt by John Matrix, I wont be burnt again. However I guess it explains why the shades where down at comic con.
