Don't needed to support this piece of **** and correct HT whatever,they just not care so much Alien/Predator line,after 10 years plus still unable or won't done it right,let them fail.

Too bad it looks nothing like the Aliens Aliens. Was really hoping for a revisited Giger Alien.

Yea, it's also the 1st Alien I've seen with cankles! So has there been any pic showing if the actually sculpted the unique Aliens forearm or are they just reusing the Big Chap's forearms which are very different. This is just a rushed, lazy excuse of a figure from what I see. I love Aliens but I'm passing for sure.

what difference does material make if shape is a fail from the start?

I simple presume that a Hot Toys Alien will be completely inaccurate and skip right on past complaining about that. But you'd think they'd at least be concerned about the longevity of their products and remove customer complaints about deterioration from the equation. Alas no, just like ED ''what rubber sealant are you all using?'' 209.

there is no need today for it.

seamless rubber bodies today (and their ancestors as well, i took the rubber off one to reveal the skeleton and use rubber for terminator customs) have a very thick rubber layer - and yet they are not different from other female bodies which are thin already compared even to male bodies and are several times thinner than HT Alien 1.

Well that definitely doesn't look like a serial killer's display or anything.

I've given up on Hot Toys and aliens, so this is a non-event for me.

Here's a new and better look at the Alien figure. Price is included as well.

Comes out to roughly $280 USD but that's conversion from yen.

I like the look of this and I will be buying one.... Maybe two.

Hopefully Ripley will look great.

At least her body can be replaced if they go the seamless route.

I still have my original HT Aliens Alien -- remember that blue guy Both feet fell off over time.

Over time... mine fell off shortly after openning the ****er. The clear plastic used for the joints cracked quickly and before long the figure was like a rag doll with ankles that simply "rested" on the feet A funky looking figure and horrid quality.

The only issue I've had on the Big Chap is his tail has separated a bit from his butt, although it has never completely fallen off... yet.

I think on mine the feet fell off, paint started coming off the chest. In the end when I sold my Hudson I gave the Aliens Warrior away with it and included it in the box.

I had both the blue and brown Aliens warrior back in the day and the blue would fall apart just by looking at it but the brown version, even though still fragile was at least better and stayed somewhat together - except for the feet.

If we are indeed looking at rubber it has to be said, Hot Toys sure love not learning from past mistakes.
