From the not-battle-damaged one, I can tell you it looks amazing, but when you move the elbow joints in particular and look at them from behind as you do so it's terrifying. As far as I can tell there's nothing inside the elbow other than some kind of pin joint, and that rubber's stretching awfully far to accommodate the range of motion.
It looks good and it's all very film-accurate to be sure, but honestly I just don't see how it will possibly stand up to repeated use or holding full flexion of the elbow over time. No rubber's that durable.
I've never had a problem with the rubber on any of my figures and I pose the **** out of them. What the hell are you guys doing to your figures?

I love Commando too man, but that figure? Nah.. don't need / want it.
I'm in for the RoboMurphy, & I suspect it'll have those same joints. Not great, but I'll see how the in hand reviews go first.
