Same here. Even when I got the game, I changed out of the advanced outfit as soon as I could into a more classic design. Terrific looking figure though. Please do a classic videogame Spidey, Hot Toys!

On sideshow it says september-november. But based on these pics, I think it will arrive sooner? Why isn't there a more definite date?

Very tempted to get this, I just wish I knew if they had a classic suit in the works.

I'll be interested to see if someone customizes this by painting the spider black and the white on the gloves red.

So based on the blogger photos I've seen it seems like this figure has 0 ab crunch/articulation.

I know it's not exactly the same, but I could see them holding off on the classic suit because of the HC's similarity.

I certainly hope not. It's a better suit than anything in the movies. I'd probably sell my HC Spidey to pay for it.

If this figure had a seamless neck I would have been more accurate and better looking.

seamless neck with likely turtle neck issues and seam on the head issues, or separate head like this. Difficult choice.

Wowow this SM looks fantastic!! May have to nab one; I'm no videogame player but this suit design is intriguing.
