What I don’t get about “low preorders” is these hit Waitlist status… so you couldn’t even preorder if you wanted to after that. So… how does that work?

That's probably to gauge how many people would jump on the waitlist. The pre-orders were most likely slow to nonexistent. They probably didn't hit what was needed. The waitlist numbers were scary low.

There are other figures where I honestly thought they were going to do this. I mean some of the What If/Zombie figures seem kind of pointless. So I’m glad on the one hand but it does scare me a bit that a figure that I really want could get canceled due to lack of interest. But yeah fingers crossed this is an outlier.
